2. The personnel of the unloading team must know the light source, size, shape of the site, the requirements of Party A, the laying order of the laying group, and the material status, etc., make arrangements in advance, and construct according to the drawings, in line with the principle of economy. To arrange materials, reduce losses, and use waste as much as possible. Note that the direction of the arrow on the reverse side of the PVC floor must be different;
3. The material blank must be placed in the feeding group, and the door card, wall corner, etc. must be punched. On the principle, the punch card must be consistent with the basic line, the gap should not exceed 1mm, and the lines should be fluent. 2. The laying must be stopped in the blocked site, and idlers are not allowed to enter the construction site, so as not to bring in sediment and sundries, which will affect the laying quality. 3. When entering the operation, the push seam must be stopped by a ruler. The depth of the blade of the adjusting pusher should be the thickness of the two floors and then 0.5mm longer to ensure one-knife inference and prevent the interface from not matching. PVC floor waste must be used under the large pressure plate of the pusher. The pad is flat to prevent the tool from skewing, resulting in an inclined cross-section of the knife edge. 4. Regarding the configuration of glue, it must be strictly suspended according to the proportion, and random configuration is not allowed, because random configuration will affect the bonding strength of glue, lack of response or excessive response. The glue must be stirred sufficiently to ensure that the curing agent is in even contact with the glue and has a sufficient response. The stirring time is about 2 minutes. During the stirring process, the stirrer should not be placed in a high-speed gear to increase the temperature of the glue and speed up the response. At the same time, it should be Turn it up and down to ensure that the curing agent deepens into the underlying glue. The mixing ratio of curing agent and glue is 1:5 by weight.
5. Measure the laying area before mixing the glue, and then confirm the amount of glue, and strictly configure the proportion, so as not to waste. Certainly good laying procedures, programs. 6. Regarding each batch of glue, the laying plan should be formulated according to its different response speed. It is strictly forbidden to operate first, and the operation behavior of the previous plan is strictly prohibited. After a small area experiment, grasp the cooling time of the glue, and keep the glue surface clean. Taking the drawing state of the rubber surface as the laying opportunity, at the same time, the size of the area should be considered, and the laying time should be determined.
7. After reaching the predetermined amount of glue time, the laying should be stopped from the end with stronger light. After laying a certain datum plane, other plates should rely on this datum plane, and the seams close to the datum plane block should be spliced correctly. , and then press the air bubbles to the other side to ensure that the PVC floor is implemented, and the contact with the glue surface is stopped to ensure that the glue is evenly transferred to the reverse side of the PVC floor. In order to ensure the elimination of accumulated errors during laying, it is necessary to leave a seam (including horizontal and vertical) and push the seam tightly after laying, so as to complete the laying and compacting procedures in a short time. The seam overflow phenomenon must be cleaned with liquid wax immediately. When laying blocks, emphasis should be placed on the seam parallel to the side light, and the glue seam line should be perpendicular to the side light to prevent the glue opening in a prominent position.
8. During the laying process, the operator should stand on the footing board from time to time. The size of the footing board is 1m long, 1125px wide, and 42.5px thick. It is not allowed to step on the laid PVC floor directly to form The glue is unevenly spread, bubbling, and uneven. During the entire laying process, a person must guide the laying at the position where the defects are most easily seen (such as viewing from the light-facing position), and adjust the problems in the laying in time.
9. When handling the seam, the small pressure roller should be rolled back and forth perpendicular to the seam line, and the rolling interval should be at least 1125px or more. If it is not in place, it will cause the phenomenon of weak bonding and hollowing. The hollowing phenomenon must be dealt with before the glue dries.
10. After the laying is completed, all other personnel will be withdrawn. On the ground that has just been laid, stop the master from stepping on it within 1 hour, and leave a professional roller to press the roller fully after 30-40 minutes. Use a large roller for the roller, and a small roller can increase the load to stop the rolling.
